Critical to the success of what we provide is LCI's experience and skill in engineering and directing fabrication of evaporators, dryers, and complex processing systems.

Quality audits are extensive to ensure that components are precisely fabricated to fit right and to perform to expectations.

Fabrication capabilities include:

Metal forming and assembly, including platforms and components, cones, rolled or pressed shapes for pressure vessels or ductwork, screws or flights, punched or pressed components
Machining to close tolerances: milling, boring, turning, and drilling
Building vessels to ASME code from alloy, carbon steel, stainless steel, CrMo, Nickel, Hastelloy, Inconel, Monel, Aluminum, and various Clad combinations
Coatings, linings, and surface preparation, including blasting, painting, mechanical polishing, electro-polishing, pickling, galvanizing, anodizing, and others
Machine balancing
