Quality audits are extensive to ensure that components are precisely fabricated to fit right and to perform to expectations.
Fabrication capabilities include:
- Metal forming and assembly, including platforms and components, cones, rolled or pressed shapes for pressure vessels or ductwork, screws or flights, punched or pressed components
- Machining to close tolerances: milling, boring, turning, and drilling
- Building vessels to ASME code from alloy, carbon steel, stainless steel, CrMo, Nickel, Hastelloy, Inconel, Monel, Aluminum, and various Clad combinations
- Coatings, linings, and surface preparation, including blasting, painting, mechanical polishing, electro-polishing, pickling, galvanizing, anodizing, and others
- Machine balancing
