Pre-compaction Prior to Tableting

LCI has laboratory and production scale pellet presses designed according to GMP guidelines for pharmaceutical applications. The pelleting presses have been designed for efficient dry granulation (agglomeration by compression) of tablet compounds. The design of this series ensures an unmatched flexibility by using different pan grinder roller and die configurations as well as the positive drive of the pan grinder rollers. The tablet compounds granulated using this press can be directly compacted to tablets.
