Pellet Mills

LCI Pellet Press technology is capable of producing dense pellets ranging from 2mm to 8mm in diameter.

LCI is the exclusive representative of Amandus Kahl in the United States for Chemical/Industrial applications. The Kahl pellet press (pellet mill) is used in many applications throughout the chemical, plastics, ceramics, beverage, and other industries.

Material enters the pellet press by gravity and is pressed by rollers through a flat die plate to form dense uniform cylinders. Product densification is varied by adjusting the compression distance in the die.
